New York City FC has found another temporary home -- for its training facility. On Tuesday, the town of Harrison planning board (that's N.Y., not N.J.) gave approval to the Major League Soccer expansion team to spend $10 million to upgrade the athletic facilities at Manhattanville College so the side could practice there.
