HARRISON, N.J. -- Trialist Ibrahim Salou and Macoumba Kandji were paired together up front for the Red Bulls in the Grand Opening match at Red Bull Arena against Santos FC Saturday night.
Team captain and forward Juan Pablo Angel was sidelined with a left knee injury he suffered during a
pre-season match, a 4-0 win over Toronto FC in Kissimmee, Fla. last month.
