FRISCO, Tex.---The National Premier Soccer League has entered into a management agreement with Playbook Management International. As part of the agreement, former Major League Soccer club executive and PMI Founding Partner Michael Hitchcock will serve as the league’s new commissioner.

As it turns out, FC New York did not wear jerseys supporting Milt Romney's presidential election campaign as the club announced on game day on Saturday. But the National Premier Soccer League team apparently opened up another can of worms or two before, during and after its game with the Red Bulls Under-23 team.
