The Cosmos were moments away from taking a crucial three points for the fall and spring seasons. A late Indy Eleven equalizer, however, spoiled the night. Jermaine Johnson received a ball over the top from Blake Smith and then chipped goalkeeper Kyle Zobeck in the 93rd minute for what turned into a 2-2 draw in North American Soccer League action Saturday night.

DAILING RAUL
Cosmos will 'stay connected' to see what the Spanish strikerís future will hold

In a perfect world, the Cosmos would be readying their Belmont Stadium waiting to fill the pitch with star players wearing the green kit on match days. While the stadium dream has stalled, adding top players isnít out of the possibilities.

IMPROVED ATTACK
Cosmos showed positive signs vs. Minnesota that need to continue at Indy

Mads Stokkelien: ďWe watched video after the Tampa game. We lacked that part of the offense. We didnít make good enough runs and the runs we made were not good enough quality. We talked about it and worked a lot on it before the Minnesota game." Despite being a man down, the Cosmos' attack looked more fluid and dangerous against Minnesota United in their 1-1 comeback draw last Saturday. They will have to do the same, most likely playing with even sides, when they face Indy Eleven Saturday.

FIRST VISIT
Cosmos travel to Indy for 1st time with 3 points on their mind

When the Cosmos travel to face Indy Eleven this weekend, it could be a weekend of firsts. The club will visit Carroll Stadium and the electric atmosphere created there.

ONLY TEMPORARY
Cosmos recent signings have come through loans, although club active in search for permanent deals

Danny Mwanga is the fourth player on loan with the Cosmos this season. The Cosmos have been steadily improving their squad during the fall season. While the club looks much stronger than it may have at the start of the campaign, it could only be a temporary fix.

ON LOAN
Mwanga becomes 3rd MLS player to join Cosmos on loan

Danny Mwanga could very well suit up for the Cosmos when they visit the Indy Eleven Saturday. It's official. The Cosmos announced Thursday they acquired forward Danny Mwanga on loan from the Colorado Rapids.
