HOUSTON -- Red Bulls captain and striker Juan Pablo Angel, who missed the Barclays New York Challenge with an ankle injury, was in the starting lineup for the MLS all-stars against Manchester United at Reliant Stadium Wednesday night.
Angel wasn't expected to play the entire game.
He is the lone Red Bull on the team.
After the match, Angel will remain in this Texas city, waiting for his teammates to arrive for Saturday's MLS match against the Houston Dynamo at Robertson Stadium.
Thierry Henry is expected to make his first MLS start for the Red Bulls here against the Dynamo.
