Chirgadze, 21, signed on with the Red Bulls near the end of the 2009 season. However, last year he was dropped from the roster after some personal problems.
Also in training camp is former F.C. New York forward Jhonny Arteaga, who was one of the few bright spots for the former USL PRO League club.
Buoyed by a four-goal performance in his teamís final game of the season, Arteaga was named the USL PRO goal=scoring champion after recording 13 goals in 21 games. Richmondís Matthew Delicate, who tallied 10 goals, finished second for the second consecutive season.
Arteaga, who spent the 2010 season playing professionally in Poland, also was the scoring champion with 27 points, four better than Delicate and Wilmingtonís Luke Mulholland.
