Palsson ejected in NEC loss in the Netherlands
ARNHEM, the Netherlands -- Red Bulls midfielder Victor Palsson was ejected in the 42nd minute of NEC Nijmegen's 4-1 loss at Vitesse Arnhem in the Dutch First Division on Sunday.

Palsson, who is on loan from the Red Bulls, was sent off with his second yellow card.
Teammates Remy Amieux (82nd minute) and Ryan Koolwijik (83rd minute) also were given their marching orders. Amieux also was dismissed for a second bookable offense and Koolwijk received a straight red card.
Melvin Platje had given NEC a third-minute lead before the wheels came off the bus for the visitors.
Wilfried Boby struck for the first of his two goals in the 11th minute to equalize before Guram Kashia gave the hosts the lead to stay a minute into the secondhalf.
Bony tallied again in the 80th minute before Mike Havenaar finished the onslaught with a three-man advantage in the 87th minute.
