Henry named to MLS team for 2nd year in a row
Red Bulls captain and striker Thierry Henry on Monday was named to the Major League Soccer Best XI.

It was the second consecutive season that Henry has earned the honor.
Henry, who is also a finalist for the MLS Most Valuable Player award for the first time in his career, recorded 15 goals and a team-high 12 assists in 25 regular-season games.
He finished in fifth place in MLS in goals and assists and was voted to the 2012 MLS All-Star team last summer for the second successive year.
Since joining the Red Bulls midseason in 2010, the World Cup, UEFA Champions League and European Championship winner has collected 31 goals and 19 assists in 62 regular season matches, 61 of which were starts.
The winner of the MLS MVP award will be announced on Thursday.
