A REAL GOOD GUY
McCarty named RBNY Good Guy award winner

Actually, there was one more team award the Red Bulls gave out on Tuesday -- the Good Guy award.

That honor went to veteran midfielder Dax McCarty, who was honored for his dealings with the media. The Red Bulls' media voted on that award.

McCarty not only made himself available to the media after every game -- win, loss or tie -- but his answers were incisive and indepth.

As with any player interview after a game, there might be a "stupid" question or two posed to a player. Instead of ripping the questioner, McCarty would answer it and never talk to down to a reporter.
