REFEREE COURSE
LISRA has Grade 8 course starting this month

The Long Island Soccer Referees Association will hold a Grade 8 referee certification class starting this month.

The minimum age to become a United States Soccer Federation referee is 16.

Participants must attend all classes:

* Monday, September 24

* Thursday, September 27

* Tuesday, October 2

* Thursday, October 4

* Tuesday, October 9

* Monday, October 15

Classes will be held at the Plainedge High School, 241 Wyngate Drive, North Massapequa, N.Y. 11758. They will go from 7 to 10 p.m. each of those nights.

The cost of the course is $125.
